Should your complaint be activated and/or investigated the complaint will NOT be maintained in confidentiality given that the individual you are in conflict with (Respondent) has a right to know of the allegations.
The complainant could be summoned for a hearing or meeting on the complaint.
Depending on the case, the complainant and witnesses may be required to testify during a meeting or hearing. Children (even if minor) may be required to testify while being accompanied by their parent/legal guardian.
