  • Starting Order ‘with Clubs’ or ‘with Clubs Names’ - One for each Segment for Posting, Referee, Ice Captains, Announcer, Music, etc.

    • Note - the Protocol shows the program time, factor, and other information such as the Compulsory Dances to be skated

    • Single Judge - Original kept in file, copies can be used for Trial Judges
    • Marking Protocol (AR Sheet) - One for R or A & one for Accountant to enter marks on during Open Marking or in the Data Control Centre
  • Manual - Chits: One set for each Judge (use originals)
  • Chits for Substitute – Must have a name entered in the field for Substitute Judge (Suggestion – First Name - * & Last name - *). Original kept in file, copes can be used for Trial Judges
    • Single Judge - Original kept in file, copies can be used for Trial Judges
  • Manual - Marking Cards – If it is a multi part Category print one set for Accountant to enter marks on during Open Marking or in the Data Control Centre (just in case there is a need to go Manual it is suggested we do calculations to ordinal point).

NoteJudges’ Sheets for Juvenile Dance Variation & Pre-Novice Rhythm Dance
Check with the Tech. Rep. to see if the Judges’ Sheets that are printed when these Segments are created as Original Dance are satisfactory; or, if the CFSA Form 821s are preferred; or, if the Tech Rep. or Segment Referee have forms they would prefer you use.
