2001 - Partial Club Membership

The Association does not recognize as a member of a club an individual who is given membership privileges under conditions, or at fees, which are not the same as those established for the membership of the club in the same class. The only exception to this shall be in cases where an individual applies for club membership after one-half of the regular skating season has elapsed and therefore receives a proportionate reduction in the annual fee.
