2202 - The Skate Canada Skater Trust Program

  1. PURPOSE: The purpose of the Skate Canada Skater Trust Program is to provide systems within the Association whereby eligible persons may earn and receive revenues from competing, teaching skating, partnering, donations, performing and participating in sponsorship agreements while still protecting their eligibility to compete in Skate Canada, ISU and Olympic Competitions.
  2. RULES AND REGULATIONS: Rules and regulations for the development and execution of the Skate Canada Skater Trust Program objectives as listed in (1) above shall be as determined by the Board of Directors from time to time. Such Rules and Regulations shall be entitled “Skate Canada Skater Trust Program Guidelines” and shall be made available to the Membership upon request to the National Office (See Skate Canada Policies and Procedures).
